- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out is subjected to subcharge.
- Payment : Cash or Credit Card (All transaction in Malaysian Ringgit)
A deposit will be required if payment is by cash.
- Reservation will be held until 6:00pm unless guaranteed by advance payment.
- Cancellation fee : Fee of 50% room rate is chargeable upon cancellation after room registeration.
- RM10.00 will be charged per room card if not returned to front desk upon check-out.
- Guest will be liable for charges on causing any damages in the hotel room.
